9.2.2 Managed Objects
The main page of the Web Console (see Figure 9.1) groups the management beans into several categories:

• The
SLEE Subsystem
category is an enumeration of the "SLEE" JMX domain and provides access to the management
operations mandated by the JAIN SLEE specification.
• The
Container Configuration
category contains MBeans which provide runtime configuration of license, logging,
object pools, rate limiting, the staging queue and threshold alarms.
• The
Instrumentation Subsystem
category contains an MBean which provides access to the instrumentation feature,
allowing an administrator to view and manage active SBBs, activities and timers.
• The
MLet Extensions
category is an enumeration of the "Adaptors" JMX domain, and provides access to the manage-
ment operations provided by each m-let (management applet).
• The
Usage Parameters
category contains two MBeans that provide access to usage MBeans created by the SLEE.
Usage MBeans will be visible here if they have been created via the MBeans in the SLEE Subsystem category.
• The
SLEE Profiles
category contains an MBean that provides access to ProfileMBeans created by the SLEE. Pro-
file MBeans will be visible here if they have been created by invoking the createProfile or getProfile operation on the
ProfileProvisioning MBean.
