The component executes in the same JVM as the SLEE therefore the trace components can only be used if the SLEE process
can access a windowing system.
23.6.3 Creating a Call
Using the trace components ‘dial’ facility creates a new call. The destination number is entered and the ‘dial’ button selected.
The trace component at the destination address should show an incoming call alert, which can be answered or disconnected as
desired.
23.6.4 Testing Call Forwarding
The Call Forwarding Service can be tested simply by dialling a number from one trace component, and observing how the call
gets redirected to the appropriate forwarding address.
